INTERPRETATION CENTRE AND VALONSADERO CABIN

In Mount Valonsadero, not much further than 8 km from the city of Soria, this two facilities are placed, related to environment and that contribute to enrich the visit to this natural space.

The interpretation centre is the perfect place to get to know the different resources the forest has. It is located in recreational area of “La Casa del Guarda” (The Guard’s House), next to river Pedrajas. In front of the house the visitors can play the Big Valonsadero Game “From shelter to shelter”. From here, guided tours are offered and the different activities developed in the Room and Cabin are coordinated. This last one has a scale model of big dimensions of Mount Valonsadero. It is an 80sqm exhibitional tool that scales with great precision every single resource of the forest. It is places inside an environment of amazing panorama views.
