Legends of the Black Lagoon

“The Alvargonzález Land” is the best-known legend today about the Black Lagoon Urbión, invented by Antonio Machado in 1912 and which tells how the two sons of Alvargonzález kill their father and then his brother, to dispose of the land, and finally, led by remorse, they perishing drowned in this lake.
But before Machado legends existed that it was bottomless and because it contacted with the sea and there was a monster in their midst who devoured people and animals.
